Executive Managing Director

Shahzad Khan is an executive managing director at Parkway Capital Group where he oversees major capital funding programs and investments including structuring credit facilities for both medium and large organisations.

Mr. Khan has over 25 years of banking experience in the commercial & corporate and capital market. Mr. Khan and his team support the financial requirements of organizations in sectors including Knowledge Based Industry (KBI), Retail, Real Estate, Logistics, Transportation, Not-For-Profit (NFP), Energy, Public Sector and Healthcare.

Mr. Khan has also advised major firms on planning for future expansion and growth and strongly believes in establishing good long-term relationships where he is always available for further advice and assistance on an ongoing basis.

Mr. Khan has been active in the financial services industry since 2004 and secured his MBA from the University of Wales in 2012.

Mr. Khan has always been recognized by colleagues and clients for his natural leadership, passion for structured finance, a deep insight into the forever evolving financial markets and his positive attitude towards developing practical solutions to address even the most perplexing financial problems. In terms of his other interests, Mr. Khan is a proud family man who engages in teams’ sports like cricket, hiking, camping, squash and is an avid golf enthusiast.

Keith D'Souza

Keith is a versatile finance professional with more than two decades of diverse experience. He has worked in a variety of geographies, industries and roles across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East; in Energy, Manufacturing, Retail / Distribution, Pharmaceuticals and Entertainment. Roles broadly encompass Controllership, Internal / External Audit and SOX Compliance and include big-4 Management experience. Keith is a seasoned communicator, with extensive experience communicating with and presenting before C-Suites, Executive / Senior Management and Boards of Directors.

Keith divides his time between Calgary, AB and Houston, TX. In Calgary, Keith is the Treasurer of the McKenzie Towne Council, a Director on its Board, the Chair of its Finance / HR Committee and a member of its Executive Committee.

Keith is professionally designated as a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant (licensed in Alberta), a US Certified Public Accountant (licensed in Colorado) and a Chartered Accountant in India. .

Sanjay Chadha

Mr Sanjay is a dynamic entrepreneur specializing in strategic business development and growth.

Since 1985, he has successfully founded and expanded businesses in various sectors, emphasizing the creation and execution of strategic plans.

Notable ventures include a Savu Fiji Water brand, medical supplies distribution, Commodities trading and In the technology sector, Sanjay played a key role in developing and selling companies.

His past achievements include founding and strategically showcasing a talent for growing businesses. Professionally, he contributed to strategic growth in finance roles, reflecting a consistent focus on driving long-term business development.

He has extensive knowledge in the field of Enviorement and Green sustainable growth .

Mr. Dan McGuire

Mr. McGuire has 40+ years of diversified oil and gas industry experience encompassing oil and gas well completions, electrical engineering, prototype construction, equipment design, construction management, sales management and marketing.

Mr. McGuire is Founder, President & CEO of Refinery Equipment of Texas, where he oversees daily operations, manages a core staff of 27 and provides senior engineering design and direction for the company’s key projects. He is also licensed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to handle radioactive isotopes.

Mr. McGuire held previous roles with the following companies:

Mr. McGuire was a Paratrooper (airborne) in the United States Army, was promoted to the rank of Sergeant E-5 and received two honorable discharges.

He is a native Houstonian who has been married for 41 years with 5 grown children and 14 grandchildren.

Dale Greene

Dale Greene earned a degree in manufacturing engineering from the University of Calgary in 2000. He spent 5 years working in the manufacturing industry before transitioning to the oil and gas industry where he has spent 15+ years in progressive roles including senior engineer, lead engineer and engineering manager. He currently manages a team of professionals for a professional engineering firm and is responsible for delivering success on large scale energy storage projects that range in cost from $15 to $100 MM.

In 2021, Dale founded EverGreen Enterprises Ltd. The focus of the organization is to provide customers with world class supply chain management and logistics solutions, in a manner that meets the customer's needs, while placing the highest emphasis on integrity, quality, leadership, and efficiency in the services we provide. Evergreen will service the growing oil and gas sector of Guyana to help create a world class industry for current and future generations.

Community focus is important to Dale, he makes sure to leave time in his schedule to give back to the community. He is currently the Vice President of the Caribbean Community Council of Calgary.
